Refunds

If a returned product is sent back without its original packaging, a $6.50 repackaging charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Condition Checklist

To help avoid delays or deductions from your refund, please make sure your return is sent back in the correct condition.

A good return should include:

Product returned in its original box
Product returned inside the dust bag
Original tag still attached
All accessories returned, including the shoulder strap
Product returned clean and unused
No scratches, marks, or damage to the base or body of the product

Returns that are missing packaging, tags, accessories, or show signs of use or damage may be refused, delayed, or have deductions applied to the refund.
